Organized communication is a MUST in order to best serve clients’ requests and concerns in-between reservations. In order to do so, all communication with the salon and stylist must be done through the salon email, There will be no exception. Communication via social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business etc. will not be addressed. 

Important information in regards to waitlist openings, scheduled reservations etc., will be communicated to clients using the email provided in the client profile.


If you are unsatisfied with your service communication through EMAIL ( must be done within 7 days of the performed service.

Dissatisfaction with Service

You may only EXCHANGE retail within 7 days of purchasing. No refunds will be allowed. All accessory retail will be final sale, no returns or exchanges.

Service and retail pricing are subject to change without prior notification.  


I absolutely love your children and hearing about them but the salon is not a safe place for them. I strive to create a relaxing atmosphere for you so you are able to unwind and recharge, please find alternative care for them so you can thoroughly enjoy your time here. There will be no exception to this rule.

Children may Not Accompany

We work diligently to stay on schedule in order to respect our guests' time. If you are 15 minutes late for your reservation you will be asked to omit and or reschedule specific service(s) so the stylist is able to remain on schedule. If service(s) must be rescheduled or omitted in order to stay within the time allotted you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the rescheduled or omitted service(s). 

On-Time Arrival for Scheduled Reservation

24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling is mandatory. Late notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services and must be paid in full BEFORE a reservation can be scheduled.
